Here is the recipe of the Chana Chaat, a healthy way to start your day. I have shared quite a lot of healthy recipes in the past, this is an addition to that.
It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare this, which makes Chana Chaat one of the easier and fastest things you can put on your breakfast table.

Ingredients | Quantity |
Chickpeas | 2 cup |
Tomato | 2 |
Onion | 2 |
Green Chili | 4-5 |
Coriander leaves | 3 tbsp |
Chaat Masala | 1 teaspoon |
Lemon Juice | 2 whole lemon juice |
Salt | to taste |
Dry Mango Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Namkeen/ Aloo Bhujiya | 3-4 tbsp |
Method:
1. Soak chickpeas in water overnight. Take the soaked chickpeas into a pressure cooker, add salt.
2. Close the lid of the cooker and pressure cook it on a high flame for one whistle, then keep the flame low and cook for another 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Strain the water and keep the cooked chickpeas in a bowl.
3. Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, chat masala, dry mango powder, lemon juice and salt. Mix it well. Add Namkeen or Aloo bhujiya. Delicious Chana Chaat is ready to serve.
