
Parwal is very popular and a healthy vegetable. It has been cooked along with onion, gives the special taste and crunch. Parwal is a popular vegetable in India, Specially in Eastern and Northern India.The vegetable looks like tiny cucumbers(Cucurbitaceae).It is healthy ,Spicy and delicious.

| Ingredients | Quantity | 
| Parwar /parwal (Cucurbitaceae) | 250 gram | 
| Onion | 3 | 
| Dry red Chilli | 6 | 
| Cumin Seeds | 1/2 teaspoon | 
| Pepper Corn | 1/4 teaspoon | 
| Cloves | 3 | 
| Cardamom Brown | 2 | 
| Bay Leaf | 2 | 
| Salt | to taste | 
| Turmeric Powder | 1/4 teaspoon | 
Method:

1. Wash and diced parwar and onion in a shape you want to cut it .
2. Heat oil in a cooker , add onion and parwar together and stir for 3 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add cumin seeds, dry red chilli , pepper corn, cloves , cardamom brown , bay leaf , turmeric powder and salt.No need to add water.
4. Close cooker and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
5. Open cooker and Again cook till oil shows separately as shown above in picture.
6 . Serve hot with Paratha or poori.
