Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 6-7 Minutes

1.Clean, wash and soak the rice for 4-5 hours. Take the soaked rice in a grinder and grind it to make a fine paste. Transfer it into a bowl and add salt and water. The consistency of Neer dosa batter should be like pouring. Slightly thin from the regular dosa batter.
2. Heat the non stick tawa and apply some oil. Take the batter in a Ladle and spread it on the tava like a Dosa. Sprinkle some oil on it and cook covered for 3 to 4 minutes. Take out the dosa with flat spatula, and do the same with the rest of the batter. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar or with your favorite bhaji.
