Macroni | 2 cup |
Onion | 2 |
Cumin seeds | 1/4 teaspoon |
Tomato | 2 |
Green chilies | 5 |
Chili sauce | 2 teaspoon |
Tomato sauce | 2 teaspoon |
Soya sauce | 1 teaspoon |
vinegar | 2 teaspoon |
Salt | To taste |
Butter | 4 teaspoon |
Chat masala | 1/2 teaspoon |
Oil | 4 teaspoon |
Method:
1. Boil macaroni in salted water until cooked. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté onions and cumin seeds until light golden brown.
2. Now add chopped chilies and tomato. Cook on medium heat till tomato is mushy as shown below.
3. Now add boiled macaroni and mix well. Add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, chat masala and butter.
4. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Macaroni is ready, serve hot with your favorite beverage.
