Keema Curry Recipe | Minced Meat Curry | Boti Kebab

This is spicy minced meat curry prepared from Indian spices. It tastes delicious with Chapattis/ Kulche or shrimaal. It can be made with any meat you prefer. I prepared with goat minced meat with such a different spices. It is simple and easy to cook. Learn how to make minced meat curry at home.

Ingredients Quantity
Minced Meat 250 gram
Onion 2
Ginger 1 inch piece
Garlic 8 cloves
Bay Leaf 2
Cinnamon Stick 1
Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom brown 1
Cardamom green 4
Cloves 2
Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg a small pinch
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Tomato 2

Method:

1. Wash the keema properly and keep aside. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, fry onion cinnamon stick and bay leaf till onions are light golden brown as shown below in picture.

2. Then add minced meat and fry it along with turmeric powder till oil shows separately. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it on slow heat for another 5 minutes.

3. Now grind onion, cardamom brown, cardamom green, cloves, pepper, cumin seeds, nutmeg along with water to make smooth paste. Now add this grind mixture, red chili powder, coriander powder, tomato and salt into pressure cooker.

4. Then cook all the spices on slow heat till oil shows separately. Add 2 cup water and close the pressure cooker and cook on medium heat for 7-8 Whistle. Serve hot with Chapattis or Kulche.
