Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
|Cinnamon stick||3 small|
|Coriander seeds||2 tablespoon|
|Fennel seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seeds||1 tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 teaspoon|
|Dry red chilly||3|
|Cumin seeds||1 teaspoon|
|Red chilly powder||1 teaspoon|
1. Dry roast all the ingredients except sugar and red chilly powder in a non stick pan till nice aroma comes. Roast on medium to low flame to avoid burning the spices.
2. Cool it at room temperature.
3. When it’s completely cool, Take roast spices in a grinder and add red chilly powder and sugar. Dry grind it to make fine powder. Store it in a airtight container for later . Use as per required.
