| Coriander Leaves | 1 bunch |
| Mint Leaves | 1/2 bunch |
| Green Chillies | 7 |
| Chat Powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Salt | to taste |
| Oil | for deep frying |
| Curd | 1 cup |
| Lemon juice | 1 |
Method :
1. Grind the coriander,mint leaves, onion, green chillies , ginger , garlic , chat powder,curd and lemon juice to make a green paste.
2. Now this paste add into chicken for Marinade .keep aside for 1 hours.
3. Heat oil in kadhai or pan and deep fry marinade chicken on medium heat.
4. Garnish with fresh mint chutney ,tomato ,onion and lemon .
5. Serve hot.
