|Pepper powder Coarsely ground||1 teaspoon|
|Chat Powder /masala||1/2 teaspoon|
|Garam masala powder||1/2 teaspoon|
|Cumin powder||1/4 teaspoon|
|Ginger-Garlic paste||2 teaspoon|
1. Clean and wash the chicken properly. Take the chicken in a bowl, apply ginger-garlic paste, curd, cumin powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, chat powder and salt.
2. Mix it well and keep it aside for 3-4 hours. This step is called marinate. Grill it in a tandoor or (charcoal grill) till the chicken cooked properly.
3. Serve hot chicken Afghani with spicy sauce , lemon and green Chutney.
